Executive Committee Responsibilities

Dear RHS Parents and Guardians,

The Robbinsville High School PTSA Executive Committee has 2 two-year term officer positions: President and Treasurer, and 3 one-year term officer positions: Vice President, Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary. According to our bylaws, an officer may fill one position for no more than four consecutive years in the same office. Click here to see the responsibilities of these positions.  Please consider running for a position. for the next calendar year. 

Nominations are open to whoever wishes to run for any open positions. You may nominate yourself or another suitable person who may be interested in a position. Letter of interest and qualifications for any Executive Committee positions are due by February 2024. Please remember to specify which position you are seeking nomination along with your qualifications for the role and the age of your youngest child attending RHS. Letters can be sent to rhsptsanj@gmail.com. You must be a member of the PTSA to be considered for a role. According to our bylaws, an officer may fill one position for no more than four consecutive years in the same office.

The Nominating Committee will announce their recommendations during the March PTSA meeting. If you are not chosen by the Nominating Committee as part of the proposed slate of officers, you still have the opportunity to run from the floor at the election at the April PTSA meeting. In order to run from the floor, you must submit a letter of intent 20 days before the April meeting to the rhsptsanj@gmail.com.
